The house is located in the mountains between the towns of Algarrobo and Arenas, 15 minutes by car from services and 20 minutes from the coast. The property is located in a residential and quiet area, and has magnificent views of the sea and the city of Vélez-Málaga.
The access road is mostly concreted and practicable by all types of cars.
